Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Japan via UPS.

Typically, orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks (7–10 days) after the order is placed.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, major local events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on various factors, including the destination, total weight and dimensions of the purchased items, packaging requirements, shipping carrier charges, applicable customs duties, and other related shipping costs.

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping charges displayed at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Shipping charges are displayed and confirmed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Damage During Transit

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure the exterior boxes are protected from dents or scratches during preparation.

However, please be aware that issues or damage may occur due to the carrier's handling once the package has been handed over to the shipping company.

Please understand that minor dents or scratches on the exterior packaging that do not affect the use of the actual product are not eligible for replacement or refund.
