We would like to inform you that we will be making an adjustment to our shipping fee settings for orders delivered to the United States, as outlined below.
Shipping to the United States
At IZIGENIA, we include applicable customs duties and other import-related fees in the shipping fee for orders delivered to the United States, so that the total amount customers are required to pay is as clear as possible.
However, under our previous shipping settings, the customs duties that were intended to be included in the shipping fee were not properly reflected. As a result, IZIGENIA has been covering these costs for orders that have already been placed.
Going forward, we will adjust our shipping fees to reflect the applicable customs duties, in accordance with our originally intended pricing structure.
Please note that customers who have already placed an order will not be charged any additional fees as a result of this adjustment.
Changes to U.S. Shipping Fees
The adjusted shipping fees, including the applicable customs duties, will apply to orders placed on or after September 29, 2026, at 3:00 AM UTC (12:00 PM Japan Standard Time / JST).
As a result of this adjustment, the shipping fee displayed at checkout will be higher than under our previous settings. We sincerely apologize that this will result in an increased cost for our customers.
However, this change is an adjustment to reflect the customs duties that were originally intended to be included in the shipping fee. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this change.
Please also note that the adjusted shipping fee includes applicable customs duties and other import-related fees. Therefore, you will not be required to pay these fees separately when your order is delivered.
Looking Ahead
Due to recent changes in customs regulations and related costs, international shipping expenses for deliveries to the United States have become increasingly high.
In light of these circumstances, IZIGENIA will continue to review and improve our shipping methods and pricing structure in order to provide our products to customers in the most accessible and reasonable way possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or additional burden this adjustment may cause, and greatly appreciate your kind understanding.
